Escape In Sound Defense

Sleep is my Escape
Dreams they should not Take
Mind they will not Break
Life they cannot Shake

Outside caving In
Trapped me deep Within
Truth is getting Thin
Lost and cannot Win

No longer am I Found
Tripped and hit the Ground
Scream but there’s no Sound
Broke from falling Down

I thought I would not Bend
Wounds that will not Mend
No strength and no Defense
Worn out and at the End
