Flush it Fast

If you thought that the previous articles were difficult to do, then you will probably want to skip over this one. However, if you really are serious about your Mind n Body, then I would advise that you continue reading.

If you are relatively unhealthy and overweight, you may be experiencing cramps, dizziness, fatigue, pain, skin blanching or flushing, diarrhea, or any number of things. If you are moderately healthy and sized, then you may or may not be having these issues. Maybe you instead have other things going on?

Much of this is due to the lifestyle that you have lead up to this point. It could mean things done at the workplace, foods eaten since young, working around chemicals, eating preserved foods, improper water consumption, improper exercise, etc. What i am trying to say is, anything that you eat, breathe or put onto your skin that is foreign to your bodies capacity, will cause malfunctions. For instance, your body knows how to deal with willowbark… a natural remedy for a headache. Willowbark has all of the natural buffers and ingredients in it naturally and in  a form that your stomach can process. However, when you ingest the refined willowbark, which is called “aspirin”, all of those natural benefits are gone. The same goes with any form of refined or processed products like table salt, flour, sugar, honey, milk, or even coffee, tobacco, etc.

Irradiating food is another way to change a normal food product into an inedible item. Microwaves in particular as extremely dangerous to your health. The radiation from them actually alters the structure of any vitamins, minerals, and even water to the point of being harmful. Russia had microwave ovens outlawed for MANY years because of the known health risks involved. I want to get on with this article, so I will point you in this direction to further research microwaves.

So back to the original post. What happens when your body receives these inedible foods? Well, a few things can happen. Body parts can start to become malnourished if these harmful foods are used often. Cells can mutate and deform and become cancer. Damage to artery and vein walls can occur, leading to cholesterol build up, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Lymph systems can become plugged and stop working. Filtering organs like the liver must work much harder than normal, and blockages/stones can result. The list of potential issues is immense, but I want everyone to get a good, clear picture of what can happen.

So is there any good news? Is there any hope to fix this, and prevent it from happening again? The answer is YES.

The answer is of course eating un-messed with food, drinking clean water, exercise… and flushing those built up blockages and toxins. By flushing I simply mean removing, breaking down, or neutralizing them so that they are no longer a threat.

Many different companies offer a wide assortment of cleansing and flushing systems, but which is the best? Well, that is tough to say because not everyone needs to flush the same things. There are different natural herbs and plants that go to the liver, stomach, kidneys, brain, lymphatic system, and other organs, including skin.

Soon I will start a separate page specifically listing each herb and what it is good for. In the meantime I do have a few to get you going.

1. Raw pumpkin, and also Pumpkin seeds – flush out intestinal parasites

2. Raw garlic Cloves – also flushes many forms of parasites (raw garlic, yum)

3. Cranberries – for worms

4. Whole Milk Kifir – provides pro-biotics after a flush (please avoid processed yogurts with artificial sweetners)

5. Dandelion Root tea – gentle liver cleanse (GAW! tastes terrible)

6. Chia Seeds – lowers fat creating hormones (these are the famous Chia Pet seeds)

7. Chamomile Tea (my wife’s favorite) – helps with skin conditions, sleep problems, and anxiety

8. Sweet Cinnamon Tea (my favorite) – flushes bacteria and microbes (colds, flu, mucus)

9. Cat’s Claw (tastes freakin HORRIBLE) – cleanses the entire digestion tract, also VIRUSES, bacteria, mucus. Also known as Una de Gato in Peru.

10. Aloe Vera – cleanses  the stomach, liver, kidneys, spleen, bladder and colon. It is also reputed to be one of the worlds best over all cleansers. Don’t buy it pre-made, grow it and make it yourself!

Now in addition to cleansing and flushing, it is a very good idea to do a short term Fast. There are many ways to do a fast, cold turkey, liquid, and partial to name a few. With cold turkey, you stop everything except water. This is recommended only for expert level only, and those without any major health issues.

The liquid fast, would be no solid foods, but any form of water or juice would be fine. This is my favorite because you can combine a fast with a flush at the same time. Using raw fruits and vegetables in a juicer is the absolute best way to do this fast. I recommend a lot of beets, apples, celery, carrots, potatoes… wait, forget the potatoes.

The partial fast, which really isn’t a fast at all would be no eating during certain periods of the day. I do not recommend this because It can encourage binge eating, which can make matters even worse. Bloating and constipation can also result, with severe internal pains… scratch the partial fast.

It is also important to maintain your electrolytes during a fast. By electrolytes, I will define them as SALTS. NOT your refined, burned out and bleached table salt (pure sodium chloride = poison) but instead raw, unrefined, solar evaporated sea salt. Click the last link to read an older article that I wrote about this amazing, all natural, perfect vit-min. Mix this into your vegetable juices for a very tasty meal.

I have trouble drinking celery juice of any kind. But the benefits of drinking it out shine the horrible taste. Mixing it with a lot of beet juice and apple juice seems to alleviate the taste, at least for me. Although expensive, cherries and  are awesome for juicing. I throw the whole thing in, seed and all, and just let the machine separate it. It is amazing how much vitamin C is in this little tiny fruit.

In conclusion, in order to keep going with your new Mind n Body fad, strongly consider flushing and fasting to further enhance the process. I only listed a few of the MANY herbs, plants, fruits, and veggies that will help you stay on track with maintaining and acquiring internal health. It all starts on the inside.
