Mind n Body
Physical and Mental health are very important to me.
I personally believe that we are not being told the entire truth when it comes to these topics, and I want to try and shed some light here.
I am not “Mr Universe”, I am not Bruce Lee, I am not an Olympic gold medalist, but I AM a guy that has the ability to stay in very good shape with minimal amounts of traditional exercise.
Between a few specific dietary routines, strategic resistance training, and simple walking, my heart is strong, my muscles are lean and dense, and I have FUNCTIONAL strength. (meaning useful for activities, not just putting dumb-bells into the air)
Mental health is another area that I think is getting neglected, and even beginning earlier in life. There are very simple methods of meditation, self hypnosis, music, and stretching that will aid not only your body, but your mind as well. All it takes is some discipline, and a little know-how to get yourself back on track.
Balance between mind n body for a full and rich life. (spirit is in another area)

I’ve browsed through all four of your articles. I must say I’m really looking forward to going back through all of them in more depth and reading new posts in the future. You definitely know what you’re talking about. I have about six years of nutrition and fitness experience myself and I didn’t disagree with anything you said.
I especially like that you are educating people on issues like fluoridation of our public water. It’s one of the most dangerous and overlooked problems of our generation.
Are these four parts the complete Mind And Body series or is there more to come? Will it be under this same tab or a different one?
That is a great question. I have tons of material waiting for delivery in all topics, this one included. My plan was to stay diverse with my postings until I got specific interest in a category. The next post for “Mind n Body” will be here within the next 3 days, and will be much more in-depth. (will be posted by Thursday 26 Mar 2010) It will be bouncing back from mental to the physical, and continuing in balance.

I look forward to it.
Dear Bryan,
That is indeed true, a healthy balance between body and mind is important to each and everyones well being. The balance can often be a reflection of what is going on inside us, call it spirit if you so wish.
For me, what happens on the physical is a direct outcome of what is going on inside of me.
I’m happy to find such topics on your blog.
It feels that our blogs cross, as we have many of the same subjects.
Mr. Bryan –
I do believe you should write a book because the information you’ve provided has been 10x more helpful than at least 90% of what I have read.
Looking forward to more great posts!

Wow Madeleine, that is a huge compliment… Thank You!
I considered writing a book, but then the information would not be free. Making this info available to everyone is my goal here, maybe the money will come in time.
Thanks again,
