Mac N Cheese

My version of the old Mac n Cheese classic is totally different and unique. Follow these directions carefully.

1. Grab your pre-made box of Krap n Cheese
2. Toss into the nearest garbage receptacle

Now that is finished, let’s look at a different way to make this classic meal delicious and completely homemade.
I start with common Ramen Noodles in the plastic wrapper.
Anyone that has ever lived in a college dorm, military base, or first apartment knows exactly what I am talking about. Most people make soup out of it, I throw the little poison packet into the trash, and salvage the noodles.

Start by boiling the water and noodles according to the instructions. If you can’t figure that out, please press this link now. Good.

Once your noodles are fully cooked, dump the entire pot into a strainer, and set it to the side. Place the same pot back onto the stove, and drop in a good sized chunk of real butter.

Next, put a heap of chopped red onions onto the sizzling butter… mmm, smells good. Add to that already savory smelling concoction some diced garlic cloves, or garlic powder if you are too lazy. OOO MAN, my stomach is starting to growl already.

Now I toss in some raw solar-dried sea salt, crushed black pepper, and a dash of cayenne if you like a little zing. Once your onions begin to brown nicely, flood them with a few eggs. Cook this and keep stirring in order to maintain a scrambled egg consistency.

When the eggs are no longer like runny buggers it is time to put the noodles back into the pot. Stir the crap out of this mix with a heavy duty spoon, as it starts to get thick.

Once the noodles are hot and ready, top off everything with a healthy handful of the cheese of your choice. I continue to cook, and stir this until the eggs and cheese begin to brown slightly.

This meal looks like baby puke, I admit. But holy canoles it tastes AWESOME!

Not only that, but it is WAY more healthy than traditional style Mac n Cheese, and no microwave is needed. Total prep to cook to eat time shouldnt be more than 20 minutes, and trust me, it is well worth it.

If I am feeling kinky, and want to be a lot more healthy I will add some flax seed oil, granulated ocean kelp, and a spritz of chlorophyll (not chloroform).
