First Blog Review 30Mar2010
First among my most honored blogs and websites review is Natural Cures by Kevin Trudeau. In this review I get a little over-zealous about my views on the current health care and it’s crisis situation. No apologies will come out of my mouth in this regards, it needs to be said, and needs to be heard.
It is obvious to me that there is a lot more going on behind the scenes in this country than many realize, and Kevin (among others) is just one that is trying to help open our eyes. He has exposed countless secrets, revealed many deceptions by those we are supposed to trust, and called them all out to face their shame.
Put all of your preconceived ideas about him aside, hold the bad press reviews at bay, and please read my article about Kevin Trudeau by clicking his name.

Exploding Egg New 30Mar2010
Short but sweet, and to the point.
Finally, my wife has allowed me to post her own “Stupid is, Stupid does” experience, and BOY is it juicy. (more like runny)
The next two days I am off of work, so check back here often as I have a lot to write about. More for “Stupid is, Stupid does“, a new edition to “Mind n Body“, more secret recipes for “Grub” and lastly I have some websites/blogs to add to “Blog Review”

Blog Review
It is with great anguish that I eliminate my “Hobby” section in this super blog. I have many hobbies and I wish I could have shared them with you. But, in the spirit of trying to make this place into a true “help blog” it is time to move on.
I feel that it is in YOUR best interest for me to now have a “Blog Review” page instead of hobbies. In my opinion, there are way too many blogs out there, and not enough people reviewing them and throwing out the trash. This new tab will be a list of beneficial websites that I feel are the best. Not only that, but I will include a short review of each of them, so you will know, before you visit, what they are about.
Feel free to post comments about your own ideas about what would be suited for this area. Post a link, and I will review it. If I feel that it is worthy, then it will have a place of honor along with the others. No guarantees that I will approve of it, but give it a try anyways. Blog Review

I started with a simple review of Evanescence, a band I really admire. Please feel free to comment on Amy Lee, Evanescence, or my lack of sound judgment, LOL. The review is listed at the bottom of the Bo Mo Mu page, hope you enjoy.
Next, I posted a sequel to my Grub article “Learn to Cook“. I get a little deep at first, but I eventually get into some secret tips to tenderizing meat, successfully cooking cheap meat, and seasoning just right. Learn to Cook More is the title.

Isometric Stretching NEW 23Mar2010
As promised, the fifth part to the Mind n Body series. This is a longer post, so grab a bottle of clean water and relax. I believe that a person can follow these five post alone, and maintain a pretty decent state of existence. No claims of immortality here, but at least you will feel better, and be more functional than you have ever been in your adult life.(or young life if you are a kid)
I reveal one of my hidden secrets to overcoming your body, hopefully you will realize the true magnitude of this secret.
Even a pro-bodybuilder or athlete can benefit from this post for dramatic personal development, but especially those who are not in the best of shape at the moment.
